Subprocessor information
The following summarizes the providers disclosed in our Privacy Policy. It is not a signed subprocessor schedule or an independently audited inventory.
- Amazon Web Services: hosted infrastructure, storage, databases, backups, networking and Amazon Bedrock memory extraction.
- OpenAI: language-model processing for features using that provider.
- Stripe: billing.
- Sentry: error and reliability monitoring.
- Google: OAuth or Google integrations when enabled. Other integrations may use providers you explicitly enable.
Primary hosted service data is stored in AWS US East (United States). Customer-selectable residency is not currently offered. Processing locations for limited data sent to other providers depend on the provider and enabled feature; this page does not promise that all processing stays in one region.
For the current procurement inventory, exact contracting entities, processing locations, applicable safeguards or change-notification terms, email contact@hebbrix.com with the subject “Subprocessor information request”. Include the features and regions you intend to use, without sending customer content. Hebbrix must confirm the applicable information and any separately signed terms.
